Our family has been living here for almost 3 years now & feel so blessed to have found such an awesome place to live! With 3 kids we wanted our kids attending high scoring schools, lots of amenities to release energy, & plenty of room to live comfortably, which is what we've enjoyed here! We love the tennis & basketball courts, pool, jacuzzi, fitness room, & hiking at Cowles Mtn just a block...

Be careful if you park on the street with the slight hill. This area is a hot spot for cops to give tickets for your wheels not turned into the curb

Just recommened getting a apartment on the outside of the building instead of the inside. (it's noisy as hell)

My husband and I have lived here for almost a year and it's a joke! They claim they have ""secure"" parking garages - LOL. Not even close! The locks are always broken and take weeks to months to get fixed. In my building alone (there are 3) 2 motorcycles have been stolen, a car has been stolen, multiple break-ins have occurred, vandalism...etc you name it. Plus, almost all the doors on all the buildings are broken, so you don't even need a key to get inside. Leaving it a free for all for any random to come inside. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Management here is horrible! They don't give a hoot about...
