They destroyed our spa through improper care and maintenance. They refuse to take responsibility or even fix it. The pH/alkalinity of our water was almost the same as battery acid because their worker's incompetence. Use at your own risk (and cost).

Have used them for five years for both maintenance and a repair or two. Always fair helpful and responsive. Never any pressure. Sorry another reviewer had problems but conversely they've sure been good to us and our pool. Just giving credit where credit is due.

I have had work done by Mission and find their work of the best quality in orange county and plus their pricing is one of the best around. I find the people that work there pleasant and willing to help. Phillip Lawler
