September 16,2013 is when my journey in recovery began. It began at Mirmount and I truly believe that I am only alive today because of my stay there. I am beyond grateful for all the staff there. I went in broken and beaten up feeling undeserving of any type of love and happiness. Everyone in there from the person at the front desk, The clinicians to the kitchen staff to the maintenance workers...
It worked for me...enabled me to start over... the step down process is well thought thru...one additional month at a transitional facility... Intensive out patient sessions...meetings...and done...2 yrs...substance abuse is a memory...nothng to ashamed of...im greatful...to have gotten to go to Mirmont.....lifes Great...we can all clean up ...and re-do...namaste...bc
