two workers arrived at my apt to install a "walk in shower" the first thing one of them did was to enter my bathroom without asking and use the toilet! next he plugged in a LOUD radio. when i arrived home i found every inch of my bathroom was covered with black soot!!!! from floor to ceiling. i called the manager and she came to see. she (for whatever reason) wouldnt call these workers to come back. they made the worst mess than i could have imagined!!! managment called maintance and he came and cleaned my entire bathroom. never do business with these people.

I would never recommend Miracle Method to anyone including my worst enemy!! We moved out of house in order for them to complete the job. As we only have 1 bathroom. It was suppose to take less than 1 full week, well over 2 months later the job still wasn't done to our satisfaction. I am having another company come in to do the repairs since they couldn't handle simple chalking which took over 3 attempts to get a semi even line. They tried to charge me more than the contracted amount. Ray is rude, mean and unprofessional. Very shady business practices.
I used them a few years ago to replace a tub and they were very easy to work with. They did a great job and gave me a great price. They also squeezed me in on short notice.
