The people in store are nice enough, but the service you get from the repair people overshadows everything else. Sears claims to have the best protection plan in the business - I would say they have the worst.

Sears appliance Repair is the absolute worst. I called due to 3 month old washer that began making a loud lawn mower type noise while NOT operating. I had to schedule an appointment for a week after my repair call. I was given a time slot of 1:00-5:00PM. I took the afternoon off work to be there for the repair …

Went to return a Land's End purchase I had ordered online. Nice Sears perk is that they have an entire line of Land's End clothes for men, woman and kids. Store was clean, salesperson was nice. Husband shopped in TV land while they processed my return. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because the sales rep could not figure out how to apply a new purchase to the returned shirt.
