For the most part I do like Sears as generally they stand by their products. Maybe I should let them know that my micr/convection oven of two years caught on fire. It let me know that it had heated the oven but too fast but I didn't really think too much of it, put my biscuits in and within seconds there were flames in the oven. I opened the door which put out the flames, my house was enveloped...

Friend bought washer /dryer 11/2015. Delivery drivers/installers stripped out and busted off main hook up .. thousands of dollars in damage on first amd second floor. They have proof receipts, picture, signature .. sears accepts no responsibility saying delivery never happened . sears needs to own their bad service and compensate for all that family lost.... smh

I loved it that SEARS LIED!! They DONT HONOR WARRANTIES they advertise on SEARS website.
Shame on you SEARS thats called Bait and Switch and that's fraud!!
