They have pretty deceptive business practices. They would get you in with promises of cheap rent. Then a few months later, the monthly rent will increase. Additionally, they have never sent me a bill on time. However, the moment a late fee was accumulated, I will start getting regular calls, emails, and mailed notices. I would not recommend them to anyone.
