The man did not speak english, and told me to come back in an hour to pick up my receipt. When I came back the place was locked up and my uhaul was gone. They even charged me a fuel fee and I know I filled it back up. This was by far the WORST uhaul experience!

It was the most horrible experience I have ever had with Uhaul (also the 1st time I'd ever had to go anywhere besides the main store to get a truck). I felt discriminated against as a women- I also watched him with my own 2 eyes pull and break the green tab off the dolly at dropoff and then charge me for it!!! See complaint # 150104 that I already filed with company- I can't beleive you let...

Great customer service was in and out in 15 minutes. The store on West Mercury blvd was terrible I waited for over an hour and half after I approachef them again they said it would still be some time before they could help me.
