Somehow, Minh's says, 1979 to me when I go there. It just looks like it is 30 years out of date, but in a nice sort of way. The service is friendly, but slow. Upon arriving at Minhs, it took Minhs staff almost 10 minutes to seat a co-worker and myself and there was only 5 other people in the place. Then it took another 15 minutes after being seated to order JUST our drinks and get them 5 minutes later and order. The food came out another 25 minutes later. Best Vietnamese I've found in the DC area. Pretty good atmosphere for a Vietnamese restaurant, and the food was delicious at fairly reasonable prices. Try the Bun (noodles with veggies, shrimp, and a GREAT sauce. Enjoy!
