The employees at Mindzai are incredibly inept. I ordered business cards, with the clear message that I needed them by a specific date because I was going out of town. They assured me that they would be ready and that they would leave them in a mailbox, something that they alleged do on a regular basis. Not only did they not leave the cards in the box, but someone showed up late to work, and I had to leave for my flight -- without my business cards.

After I left a message informing of their ineptitude, the manager treated me as if I didn't matter, saying I only ordered 100 cards.

I was referred by a friend and I couldn't have gotten a better choice. The service is great with fast turn-a-rounds....they've saved me several times. Great Quality Work... and the people are exceptional. I will continue to use them and refer others. Keep up the great work Mindzai Graphics...
