They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I went a few years ago to get my ear washed out and never, ever even saw the Dr walk down the hallway. The Nurse practioner did this and was not even good. I went later down to my old Dr in Plano and got it done...

the office manager is a terable person to deal with if you'r sick and you have to get in to see your doctor and you have to deal with the office manager forget it you will not get in. Even thought you make payments she will not let you even get a message through to let the doctor know what is going on.

Even thought you make payments she will not let you even get a message through to let the doctor know what is going on. i have heard others complain about this also.
