Luis will act like he has all these great ideas about design, but he is all talk.  He has no idea what he is doing. We hired him to fabricate a small 36" bathroom vanity top.  They showed up to install it and realized they cut it for a 24" vanity.  How do you get that wrong!  They had to make a new one out of a different stone and came back with a backpslash in 3 different pieces instead of...

Millennium Stone removed granite countertops out of my home to re-fabricate and after months of the owner blowing me off, come to find out he broke my piece and did not know how to tell me.
So now I am left with no granite. He refuses to deliver the heavy material to my home. And I am left with a business owner whom refuses to take responsibility for his actions.
