This is a large hotel that has a lot of potential, but there are several annoying factors that made our stay very stressful. It seems that they are not investing enough in the place to make it work and it shows (not enough check-in staff, elevators constantly breaking, wallpaper peeling off walls, pipes making noise, etc). Stayed at this hotel for three days for a Company function. This is my third stay here and not much has changed except for the service. The hotel is starting to appear "tired." This hotel is very convenient to the convention center. However the rooms are tiny. The bathroom has no place to put your makeup and there is no space. The lobby area has a strange smell.
