The area is good & convent to major highways & shoping areas. Middlesex Community College is right across the street. Draw back I have notice is the constant highway noise from Woodbidge Ave & pool area does suck.
Best place that I have lived in Jersey thus far. Beata and Ashley are so patient and warming. Theyve made me feel at home whenever i had a question. No complaints on my part. 2 thumbs up!
Been here since Feb '06 and the first few months were good... happy w/ the apt. itself. My downstairs neighbors are SO annoying though -- banging and slamming things 'til about midnight. I am looking to move when my lease is up b/c of this!! so my biggest CON is that this place is NOT quiet.
Don't move in, especially to the first floor apartments, if you are planning to study. Even calm neighbors upstairs cause major disturbance. Not to mention the ones we had previously. Cheap construction really has it's consequences in this respect. Otherwise, no complaints for the price.
I have been living here for less than a year and all I have to say that the personnel is so efficient. Since the moment I enter the office, Beata, Ashley and Jos were so kind.
