This apartment may be slightly outdated but I love the quiet and the patio where I grow my flowers. It is within walking distance to the drugstore, restaurants, my hair stylist, and most important, a wine shop. Even my dentist is within walking distance. I also have access to a pool but my grandson loves to visit so we can play tennis on the courts. The management keeps the grounds beautiful...
I lived here for 3 years and have no complaints. The grounds stay clean, the pool is wonderful, and the staff always addresses me by name.

Apartment was really nice and any maintanence was completed within 24 hours. Staff even called US to check in and see if anything needed to be fixed. They may need to update their lawnchairs at the pool, but that was the only minor downfall. Overall, a great place to live!!
A 6-month rental turned into 3 and a half years! Mill Pond living has been a wonderful experience! The Mill Pond staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance issues are taken care of right away. It is effortless, convenient living in an excellent location! I highly recommend living here.
