Dr. Milburn has no common courtesy. He takes things personal and uses a scolding tone when addressing you. I have been to him four times but this previous time sealed my final decision to leave. The WORST service. It is a nice facility but the customer service is just plain terrible. The girls working the desk are rude and unwelcoming. I don't think a single person smiled at me the entire time I was in for my appointment. My husband went in for an eye exam and even though the office was very nice and new and the receptionist helpful, we were not impressed with Dr. Milburn.
