Under new management, now known as Milani's. Spent an evening with a friend at the bar sampled only bar menu, but food was above average and staff is friendly. Will be back........this incarnation...

Can you say over-priced??? Hello, you're in Old Forge, not Manhattan. Service was very slow also.

We just had dinner there tonight. The lobster tail special was great, so was the service. The bartender (we ate at the bar) was friendly, courteous and attentive.

I grew up in Scranton and now live in Santa Rosa, CA for the past 28 years. We went to Milanos with 6 other family members on a Saturday night. My husband sent back his sea bass. It had a very fishy taste and did not have a good plating presentation. It was surprising to see such a delicate fish plates with clams in the shells and covered in a tomato sauce.
