The quality of the food is low. It compares a little less than Buca's and I think that Buca's is a lower quality food. Some of Milano's dishes are better than bad. Their calamari is pretty good! Milano Inn is an amazing restaurant plain and simple. The portions are enough to feed two people and the service is unmatched. The lasagna is the best dish hands down....truly unique.
Moreover, the atmosphere and Italian decor make the restaurant an amazing dining experience. The Milano Inn is an old-time Italian staple of Indianapolis and hopefully will be for years to come!

This is the best place for Italian cuisine. Service is supreme and the food is out of this world. The only place I will take out of town guest for the best Italian in Indianapolis.
