The girls at the school have no idea what they're doing from haircoloring to perming. I sat in the chair for an hour well she attempted over and over again to roll three rods in my perm. After sitting that long and being frustrated that she had no idea what she was doing I finally walked out. These girls should be rolling 2 to 3 perms a day and know exactly what they're doing. I don't blame her...
