Use all kinds of scary tactics to force customer on unnecessary repairs.
Spare parts are charged too high than market rates.
Change spare parts unnecessarily.
Not capable to understand and diagnose problems.
No transparency on repairs.
I have also heard the same line of comments from many people who had their repairs from Mike's downtown garage.
I myself had a hard learning experience with this road-side garage by wasting close to $1000 and the most of the problems said to be fixed on that are still unresolved. I can provide clear evidence on request.
