There is nothing high end about the physical shop at Mike's. I have a VW Phaeton W12 and a Touareg V8 that we bought back in 05. The dealer was a mierable experience. Matter of fact, I will never buy a new VW in Tulsa again. Thankful, we were introduced to Mikes. They keep the cars running/working as they should. It will be repaired right the first time. I have been taking my VW Passat to them for years. They are dependable, reliable and professional. They have always been willing to work w/ me and tell me what has to be fixed now and what can wait. Good guys all around.

I've used Mike's for over 10 years now and I've always been impressed with the care and consideration that Ralph and the gang put into the work that they do. They’re friendly, receptive, and easy to work with. I recommend them to all of my VW friends!
