Brought my 2013 ford fusion in to fix a recalled part and get an oil change. Charlie had someone take me home and come pick me up. Then when I picked my car up they had washed it off for me. Which was great since I drive in Atlanta everyday an get road tar on my pretty white car. 11 out of 10

One word, amazing! The customer service is 10 out of 10. My car decided to stop on the side of the road, and I had to get it towed. I actually called ahead to see if they had the part I needed and I got a live person! Amazing! They quickly transferred me to the service department where I was reassured they had the part and would take care of me.
