I lost a crown I had for years. They fit me in and fixed my tooth right away. The regular cleanings I receive are very thorough. Always get great care.

They have the worst service. If you have a problem with a tooth, you are unable to make an appointment. They only have emergency walk-in and that is no guarantee that you will be seen.

Terrible Patient Consideration

After waiting a month, my son's orthodontic consult was scheduled for 3 p.m. on 7/16/07. We arrived at 2:45 p.m. to complete new patient paperwork. At 3:20 p.m. I approached the receptionist to let her know that our appt. was for 3 & we had been sitting in the waiting room for over a 1/2 hour. She disappeared & returned a few minutes later to tell us that it would be another few minutes. At 3:35 p.m. I again approached the receptionist & said I WOULD BE HAPPY TO RESCHEDULE. Again, she disappeared for a few minutes & when she came back I was told that the orthodontist was going to see us...
