I have been coming to this clinic since I was a kid, but recently the service provided has been very poor. I have felt discriminated against recently, spoke with Jan who is their human resources manager, who lacked professionalism. She was making up excuses on an important issue, chewing on something while on the phone right on my ear. I asked her to stop chewing and continued, with an argue...
