A bit seedy, but I have been to much worse - like Flex in Atlanta. It has its place in the genre of bathhouses, but I still prefer Club Dallas. It is cleaner, has nicer beds and is all in all a decent place. Nothing, however, holds a candle to Waterworks or Pegasus or whatever they call it these days up in Chicago!
