I went for a facial and it was a poor experience! The aesthetician was not friendly, not gentle with my skin and did not ask me anything about my skin or what I was looking for before she began. I bought a Serenity Package for $100 which included a 50 minutes massage and an 1 hour manicure & pedicure as a birthday gift to myself because it was such a good deal.
