Wow! Somebody really needed to vent. If things were so bad, then why did she keep going back? We have taken great strides to improve customer service. We still have work to do but doesn't every business? Wait times for Dr. Belle have always been long, BUT her patients think it's worth it. We do however suggest that if promptness is a quality that you desire, then please see any of our other physicians.

Currently out website (www.midtown-obgyn.com) is down, but I invite everyone to take a look at it when it is back up sometime in Jan. 2011.

Worst Service

My personal experience with Midtown OB/GYN staff is extremely bad. 1. They double/triple book patients with the same doctor at same appointment time. 2. Wait time for doctor is at least 1 hour. During my whole pregnancy, I have waited for 1 to 2 hrs for every office visit. 3. I met with a major car accident during 2nd trimester with no injuries. I tried to inform doctor per her initial instructions. Despite leaving multiple Voicemails nobody returned my call. Only during next visit I was able to communicate to the doctor. 4. Nurse services are bad. During one of my 9th month visits, I was made to wait for 1 hour for vaginal examination. I had to go to the restroom; the Mid-town nurse shouted at me that I'm not supposed to go to the restroom. Fortunately, Mid-town doctor came in my defense saying she is in her 9th month and that itâs hard to control bladder. 5. Billing department is extremely non-cooperative. Despite explaining how the change in insurance reduces my bill. They refused to understand. I had to overpay the amount and resolve it after delivery with the insurance company. 6. The doctor service is good; however the rest of the staff is so unprofessional that itâs not worth going to Mid-town OB/GYN. I strongly do not recommend Mid-town Ob-GYN.

I have been going to see Dr Hardy for about three years. He and his staff are very friendly. I have never had a problem getting an appointment or a prescription refilled. I have referred friends to see him and plan on seeing him when I try to get pregnant.

Didnt want to give him 1 star but cannot post without clicking it. 0 for me. God complex. Has no compassion for patients and is all business all the time. Dont belive he even sees his patients as people. Induced my labor saying my child was 8 1/2 to 9 lbs and 2 weeks overdue. After 48 hours of drugs he broke my water (without warning) and left another doctor to deliver my child.She came out 6...
