Dr. Cates does NOT give her patients the attention they deserve. She shuffles between 3 patients at the same time. The facility is so tight that the x-ray machine barely fits. She is so sure of herself that her head swells. She did 2 very minor fillings for me that did not solve the problem but actually cause a problem (ie. pain, agony and extra expense) which I did not have before. 4 months... more
