Editorial Reviews from the web
Nashville favorite draws faithful middle-aged customers for a business lunch or romantic dinner. Favorites include crab cakes and lamb chops.

My wife went with Trout with fried green tomatoes (new...

After spending 6 months overseas, my wife and I decided to go to Midtown last Saturday night. It was like returning to an old friend. We were seated at our favorite table. Our waiter took really good care of us. We had a great bottle of wine. My wife ordered the Black and Blue Tuna and I had the filet. But first we had the famous Midtown Cafe crabcakes as a starter. It is so nice to...
