Have you ever seen the commercial "Need a Brake!" and the reference about grease monkeys? That is this place. It is like talking to a brick wall. Not to mention the place looked like a trailer park. I was sent there by the guy's insurance company, along with the bank (lien holder of the car). I was rear-ended by a '98 Accord while at a dead stop.
They did a great job of replacing the rear bumper and blending the paint, as well as repairing the quarter panels. When I got out of my driver side door once getting home the door was as if I was breaking something, and what appears to be fresh grind marks on the inside of the door - next to the tire pressure guide. The owner denies any claim when I call in; I have the work sheet (R & I Assembly on most of the door). He gives in and I show up this morning. Says it was old damage. I would know prior to coming in if the door felt like it was going to fall off.

I had a 73 firebird towed to Midtown Auto Body and I asked to have the fenders, the doors, bumper, and hood aligned and put on. They did not do this. They had one door one inch too high, they refused to put the hood on because of the air cleaner being in the way, and they did not align the bumper. They charged me $650 for that unfinished work.
