Took car into midas on sunbeam road to get oil change and new tires. Stranded a few days later when transmission fluid leaked out of drain plug they failed to tighten. Called midas and they said to drive to midas with no transmission fluid on the dip stick. Towed to midas. The transmission fluid leaked all over my brand new paver driveway. They came out with dawn but it did not take it off. Said his buddy would come over to clean or have paver guy repair. Its been a month with repeated phone calls. I guess I will have to fix. Lady got a nail in her tire. Took to midas for road hazard...

HORRIBLE!!!!! Please avoid this Midas at all cost! They will overcharge for parts and recommend repairs for parts that are not even damaged just to get your business. The store manager is very sketchy and if you confront him he acts like a child. If I could give zero stars I would.

Slllooooooooowwwww! It took over an hour WITH an appointment and only 1 other customer. Sure they were nice but really over a hour.
