I took the time to write this review because I want to warn people. I have already notified AAA who towed my car there, and are not likely to bring cars there for a while.

This place is a nightmare. Listen to the reviews. Stay away. It's nice that it's in the loop, but if you drive up a few miles to Sonboom in Uptown, you will get your car fixed faster for half the price. I'm not trying to get you to go there for their business, but just know you have other options. This place may be in the loop, and thus seemingly nice, but oh trust me, this place is bad... more

The owner, fred Hoffman, is rude and offensive. He is a theif and a liar. This company should not be trusted. They charge double for any service done. It's ridiculous. These people are absolutely awful and should be ashamed of their unethical business practices.
