I had my front brake pads replaced at this store in November of 2006. Within 2 months, my front brakes were grinding. Because of my initial experience at this store, my conscience told me not to go back to the Plano Midas store. I took my vehicle into them after Ford said I needed ALL new breaks... before I could get back to my office, there was a message... you can come pick up your vehicle... it needs nothing.. I was AMAZED.... again, when we went back for service.. they mistakenly provided the wrong service... and it was one that I would not have noticed.. they CALLED my home... and said.. bring your vehicle back... more

With a capital T AS a woma, I always feel so vulnerable doing anything with a car repair but the people here are kind and extremely hoest and fair. We won't go anywhere else!
