I have been dealing with Midas on Gelnwood for over 4 years, and every experience has been very positive. I've had numerous bad experiences with other mechanics, but these guys are straight shooters. On one occasion my van was running rough, and the ""check engine"" light came on. The computer indicated a bad fuel pump. They quoted me about $450 (the pump is inside the tank). I told them to go ahead and do the work, but a couple of hours later, the mechanic called and told me that after pulling the tank, they found that the pump was fine - they had discovered a cracked vent tube that was...

I went in for a regular oil change. I gave them a coupon for all this stuff **FROM THEIR WEBSITE** to have done. Not only did they not do any of the things on the coupon, they didnt tell me. I found out later! When I asked about it, he said they just throw the coupons in the trash. But he happily took my money with out doing what I paid him for !
