I have been with Mid Cities for 2 years, using their seasonal maintenance, they have always been very helpful and there service technician, Nick, was great. I use them at both my home and my business, great customer service and reasonable pricing.

Same experience as Isaac. Made a call about 8 a.m., Nick was at the house by 10:30, had the part needed, replaced it and the heat was flowing by 11 a.m. Came back the following week when our a/c wouldn't come on, replaced another part (our unit is old) and going strong. It's so refreshing to deal with a company that actually knows what customer service is and provides it. These are good people. Magnet on the frig for future.
