I was having a problem with a new Panasonic vacuum and took it to Mid-America. They were able to fix it on the spot and they also stocked new bags for our Kirby and Panasonic. Great service and attitude by them. I highly recommend them for servicing your vacuum,

Went in with a broken /missing wheel on powerhead, and replacement immediately with used, free wheel. Better than waiting for part in mail and price was great. Thanks! Highly recomend!
