Took advantage of tornado victims.

Our home was affected by the Dec. 26th tornados. We reserved a non smoking room because our children have asthma and needed to stay in a non smoking rooms due to health reasons. We reserved and paid for non smoking room and when we arrived they didn't have a non smoking room available. They wouldn't credit us for the room claiming that we didn't cancel within policy hours BUT WE WERE TORNADO...

Dirty Hotel

Within the first 5 minutes we killed 4 roaches. The rugs were dirty and the shower stall was filthy. Tiles were loose in the bathroom. The hotel personal were asleep when I arrived. The continental breakfast was weak and not enough of each item for the guests. I do not recommend this hotel.

The room was reasonably clean. The tv remote didn't work, so we only got one channel, but I called and the manager replaced the remote. Beds very comfortable. Bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked but it was okay. I wouldn't stay there again.

Room was small and seemed old. The carpet and paint throughout the Hotel could stand to be updated. The staff was great but the facilities lacked a lot.
