price, location, morning cleaning staff, evening & morning desk. parking, continental breakfast, comfortable bed, shower\n\nupon arrival. No coffee in room for 2. hard to find things. no soap. toilet had trouble filling up.

The location was perfect for our trip. We went for the Mardi Gras parades and it so convenient for parking to walk to them. Everything is so close to the hotel. You only had to drive a mile or less for everything!\n\nThe parking lot is a but cramped, but nothing we couldn't handle.
