Terrible customer service, and doesn't recognize customer loyalty!

Recently when our rates were increased, we called to find out the problem. We were given a short explaination, and were told by his staff to look elsewhere for more inexpensive rates. We have been a State Farm customer for more than 10 years, and have never received such bad service!
