I found Michael's after going to Shoe Lab. Shoe Lab deserves a negative rating. They did not perform the work promised. Additionally, they could care less about their lack of service. I chose them only because of their high ratings. What a big disappointment. I believe others should know they can not count on the empty lip service that Shoe Lab company offers to clients. Michaels is Fantastic. I had him replace the zippers on my motorcycle saddlebags and he did a Great Job! He even helped me take them off and put them back on. He said it would take 6 days, but he had it done in 3. I'll be back with any and all my zipper and leather needs

Nice Clean, Friendly, Professional Store. Was very impressed on how I was treated and the finish product. Way to go Mike. My shoes turned out Great. Plus I only had to wait one day to pick them up. Just in time for me to fly back home. Thanks again...I will be back for all my shoes, luggage and leather repairs.
