The service department of Kia Miami Lakes is a rip off. How can a fully loaded brand new car be breaking down over and over again? It's all because the service people at this location are lying and making unlawful repairs, that is fake repairs, saying they have fixed the car, changed parts when in fact they just literally put grease, fooling the customer and reporting to KIA system they had...

It has been nothing but a hassle buying my first car here. They gave me a car they where not supposed to then messed up the paperwork and a month later are coming back trying to fix it. It keeps taking longer and longer with promises oh it will be ready tomorrow. And isn't. With a major lack of communication and follow though with out several calls daily to them.
