I very much like Fatima, the stylist that I always see there, however I am posting a 2 star review because of their new manager Jamie: I have been going to Mia&Maxx for a long time and love their frequent buyer stickers, when you get enough of them you can get a product for free. Last time I went for color and cut I purchased one shampoo and got another product from the same line for free. Turns out I didn't like any of them and when I went back for an exchange (I only asked them to exchange the one I paid for, I was not expecting getting another one for free) but this new manager Jamie...
