Worst Customer Servie at MI Luna in Woodlands!!

Review Rating
The worst customer service EVER! The bar tender left my credit card laying down in a random place in the bar…when I came up to close my tab a bald man with decayed teeth told me “we don’t take cards, we don’t know what you are talking about” I refused to leave that place until he found it…again laying down near the bar! To top it all out…that bald man with rotten teeth throws it at meeeee? I was disgusted with the service! The place is deserted most of the time…but I used to go because my friends hang out (used to) there! Horrible place! No manners! Our other waiter will leave us unattended to talk to another bartender. Never again will go back! Try Copas Bar Lounge is way better! ;)

What made me leave the place was the sexually explicit material they were showing while children where sitting in the back!

Lively Spanish music fills the air and sets the tone at this West University tapas joint. The bold colors and fun atmosphere are popular with anyone looking to have a great time with friends. Tables on the patio are the hottest seats in the house when the weather is fair. A menu favorite is the Shrimp in Lemon-Garlic Olive Oil, but with nearly 50 hot and cold selections to choose from, you are certain ... more

It's difficult in the Village, particularly during dinner, so spring for the valet.

The Scene Perennially packed on weekend nights, this Rice Village staple boasts a varied crowd and simple, Spanish-style decor. Tables interspersed around the spacious u-shaped bar have the best vantage point for the small stage. Coveted high-backed wooden booths are perfect for groups. Service is efficient but often harried. The Food The generous menu is dominated by Spanish ... more

For centuries, tapas have been associated with hearty drinking. Spanish taverns offered bits of bread, cheese and sausage to soak up some of the alcohol consumed by traveling soldiers. At Mi Luna, the tiny treats have evolved, but their purpose remains closely tied to the bar. No wonder they're the huge focal point of this lively restaurant. Try the house sangría---a simple yet fanciful elixir that ... more

If you like noisy, trendy crowds, this is your place. If not, go for lunch and enjoy delicious fresh squid, shrimp, mussels and sopa de pescado. There's also a fine Moroccan b'stilla and superb, cheap Spanish wines by the glass.

I went there on wednesday night with my girlfriend. What horrible service. The waiter was very rude, the magaritas we ordered were watered down and don't let me start on the paella with seafood that I ordered. The oysters were undercooked, the rice was was very garlicky and too much onion. I gave a horrible tip to the waiter because he made us think that a bigger party was more important than us. Have been here many times (only a 20 minute walk from home) and never let down. We would highly recommend sharing a mixture of tapas with friends and exploring some of the more obscure dishes not available elsewhere - we've uncovered some gems. The paella is also excellent and we recently had the valencia, which was both fresh and filling.

To top it all off, the waiters are extremely helpful and ... more

One of the worst dining experiences I've had in a long time. Bumbling waiters who barely understand English, other than to say "2 more minutes". Food not good at all. And a manager who either couldn't understand English or pretended not to understand English when we discussed poor service with her. I would expect more from a restaurant like this and in this location. Never Again!
