My entire family has been using Ledesmas office for 30 years. Well, today my sick child was turned away at the door. Zero care given by staff. We are extremely disappointed in the staggering decline in this office.

Dr. Ledesma was referred to me from another medical clinic in Arlington because I needed urgent care. It worked out great. I came in very sick and the staff was kind, helpful and moved quickly to make me comfortable. Dr. Ledesma asked lots of questions, took a few tests and explained his diagnosis along the way. I was in and out of the office quickly and efficiently.

The atmosphere is casual...

Dr. Ledesma has been my family physician for 25+ years. He emphasizes exercise and proper diet to manage weight and prevent health problems. Dr. Ledesma shows genuine concern for your well-being and recommends appropriate specialists, as needed. He is easy to talk to and is always available to his patients to discuss lab results and health concerns.

The support staff are totally incompetent - made appointment 10/30 and was told to come in for labs before 11/8 - but as of 11/3 they no longer do labs on site. Was not told this when I made the appointment, nor did anyone call me about it. The check in person kept saying 'the signs have been on the door for 3 weeks', which doesn't help people who CALL. They never once apologized or owned...

I changed to Dr Ledesma 4 years ago after hearing from 4 friends about how much they all licked him. This was one of the best moves I have ever done!
