We drive almost 7 miles one way to go to breakfast often..love everything on the menu...take friends/coworkers to lunch and everyone wants to go back there. We take the whole family to breakfast and from the youngest to the oldest, we all love going there. He now has the best complete staff ever, great cooks, great wait staff and the owners are wonderful. Mark is very special.

In town on business, I got on-line to find a local breakfast joint and stumbled on the Metro Diner located fairly close to the hotel. One review said the food was great but not-so on the service. I am here to rebuke that claim. Not only was the food phenomenal (we split the crab cake benedict - AMAZING! and the Yo Halla - frangelico marinated bananas and cream cheese stuffed inside of french...

I continually search out the best mom and pop breakfast places all over the country. Metro diner has a nice vibe and is a fan favorite of the locals. There is ample servings but the staff could use a personality lift. Little interaction between patrons and staff. you may have to ask twice to receive water and do not expect a check back if your food isn't exactly right. With a little service...
