I truly wish that this company had helped me correct incorrect orders and poor install of their product in a new building 7 years ago. I can't get any help whatsoever from them!

Poor follow through and communication, combined with vague and conflicting lead times, led me on a search for a product produced by a company where customer service was still a prized commodity....
