Worst experience ever. Bruce first insults me on the car that I was currently driving and implied that I was a murder because I drive a big black van. Then they bring me to another room to see if they can talk me into buying the car that I wanted. He says that he will sell it to me for 12999, but wait the internet and even the window said 11999. I offered 10,000 and he said they have to make a prophet......true but the car fax said it was bought at a auction and everybody knows that they can get cars cheap there.
