The kitchen and bathroom were newly renovated with exception of door. The quality of the bed was great. We didn't mind that the other furniture was dated, or that the knob on the door had put a hole in the wall. Our concern was that the kick plate at the bottom of the entry door had not been replaced. I was in Phoenix AZ for Phoenix Open. I looked all the Hotels/Motels in Scottsdale/Tempe/Chandler area. All the places were way too expensive. I found this Mesa Oasis Inn & Motel and this motel was not at all expensive and this place was very clean, bigger TV, clean bathrooms & car park is very safe . Metro light rail stop...

I like that the staff is friendly, and that extra effort was taken to clean the room and stock it with toiletry items (I stayed in the same room on 2 different weekends twice). The bed is clean and comfortable enough for me to feel okay sleeping in it.

the room was clean and well maintained.\n\nI was down there visiting my grandchild, and I was not very pleased when the owner told me no visitors. I would have liked to have treated my grandchild to a night away from home complete with pizza.
