Absolutely dreadful. We had their service for 3 years because we didn't know better. Not only did they cut corners cleaning on every single visit, they:- told us they didn't have a ladder long enough to reach our 15-ft ceilings, so the cobwebs and dust kept piling up on them. Called them in an emergency situation because my regular maid was out of town for a wedding, boy does this company make me appreciate my regular maid. My place barely looked like it was touched after they stayed there for an hour cleaning. For the price, I suggest you look elsewhere. The only reason for the extra star was because they were on time.
