I am moving out of an apartment and needed to deep-clean two rooms (a bath and a bedroom). The bath was the real challenge, having water stains and mold stains to be removed on the bath, tile walls and tile floor. I was explicit during my walk-through that I expected the floor tiles to be scrubbed. I paid approximately $120 for approximately 2hours of work. When I arrived (a.) the bath tiles had not been scrubbed, (b.) the blinds were unevenly done [like the cleaner couldn't be bothered to open them], and (c.) parts of the toilet were left unclean. But Merry Maids did leave me a request to rate them 9/10 or 10/10.
I emailed a request, with photographs, for an agent to come back to the apartment to finish the work a/o refund me some of my moneys. Both were refused without any apology. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. You won't ever have any of my business, again.

1st time they came they did an OK job. Second time they were in the house for less than an hour, didn't move one single thing to clean around or under, didn't vacuum the edges of rooms and didn't clean the kitchen floor.\r
